What is the best website to complete a TEFL Course Online? and is there any advantages doing it in person?

I am planning to do a TEFL course online but i don't really know the best website to complete it. does anyone have any tips on completing a TEFL course and if they think it is better to do it in person on or online?

What is a VPN?
